Over his career Will has managed and advised numerous world-class, global brands to maximise their commercial growth: from Potter to Paddington; Game of Thrones to Friends; Pixar to the Premier League.
As Chief Commercial Officer for the Harry Potter Franchise Group at Warner Bros, he led the development and commercial growth of the Harry Potter/Wizarding World brands globally.
As Chief Operating Officer for HBO Europe, he was responsible for 35 channels in 15 territories and 11 languages, leading content acquisition, marketing, affiliate sales, and network operations.
Will was also Managing Director of the streaming service BritBox UK, a joint venture between ITV and BBC, which he grew during his tenure to 800k subscribers and 90% net product satisfaction. He oversaw a slate of critically acclaimed original content and rolled the service out to over 20 platforms and distribution partners
He also served as Managing Director of Ingenious Media, a leading investor in the creative industries which deployed over £7.5bn of global media investments in its 20 year history. He sat on the Ingenious group board and led teams across TV, Film, Games, Finance and Legal functions, investing in great content and the companies that make it.
Will has also held senior roles at Disney, A+E Networks and Turner Broadcasting, and has served on the boards of several companies including Super RTL, GMTV, FilmFlex and HBO Central Europe. He began his career in consulting with Spectrum Strategy Consultants and has a BA from Oxford University.
